I meet with you in the facebook group regularly to see how it's going. I can give you all the support you'll need. You and our collective well-being are my priority. 

I share with you the why and what of cleansing, structure to set up your days, prep + supply guidance, recipes, practices (including yoga + meditation) + ways to reintegrate the experience into your life post-cleanse. 

YOGA + MEDITATION 

A regular yoga + meditation are not required for this program, but I believe they will support your efforts and take you deeper. I design new classes each season.

ESSENTIAL OIL INTEGRATION

If you're interested in integrating essential oils this round, you'll want to get set up and place an order in advance of our start date to have them on hand. You can find guidance on which oils + supplements in my journal

In the Winter we use the Seasonal Reset program as a guide + Cleanse + Restore kit + team protocol.
In the Summer, we employ the Seasonal Reset program + Healthy Habits kit + Live Guide.
Purchasing a kit is optional, you don’t need the kit to participate.
