This is favorite and most refined offering IMMERSION. This is a 90-day journey for those curious to learn more about yoga but do not yet feel ready to commit to Yoga Teacher Training. There are three essential details besides this that you’ll want to know. Upon completion:

• You will have the option to join YTT at Level II (Nov 2025)

• If you are a RYT this program meets your yearly Yoga Alliance requirement of 30 hrs of continuing education.

• You will be able to access future iterations free of charge. Your payment gives your lifetime access.
